Farmed versus wild Salmon

I am always one to promote wild caught salmon over farmed. It is so much better, just in pure taste…The fish is flavoured  and actually coloured by other marine life. It is full of Omega 3. On the other hand, The natural condition of the Atlantic Salmon meat is white and  the fish is also not so fatty. They are raised on an unnatural diet of grains antibiotics and other drugs, giving the fish a grey tinge, which is then pinked with synthetic astaxanthin, which is made from petro chemicals

Here in Hong Kong, people are accustomed to the Farmed Atlantic Salmon. At PRR we will continue to educate on the benefits of the wild catch.
